Ingredients

2 big ears sweet corn1 tablespoon olive oil1 tablespoon butter1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and also minced1/4 teaspoon soil cumin1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Fill a large saucepan half full v water; lug to a boil. Add corn; cover and also cook for 5-7 minute or until tender. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat oil and also butter over low warmth until butter is melted. Line in the jalapeno, cumin and also pepper. Drain corn; brush v butter mixture.
